DevPOS – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DevPOS, a Point of Sale and Retail Management solution by DevTech Fusion. By subscribing to and using our services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using DevPOS, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services Provided

DevPOS provides cloud-based POS and ERP solutions to retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, pharmacies, and other businesses across Pakistan. Services include billing, sales, purchase, accounts, inventory management, reporting, and integrations (including FBR-enabled invoicing where applicable).

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a legally registered business in Pakistan.
• By creating an account, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of your business.

4. Account Registration

• You are responsible for providing accurate business and contact details.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• Any activity through your account will be considered your responsibility.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
• No upfront or setup charges apply unless specifically mentioned.
• All fees are payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through bank transfer or PayPal.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required under Pakistani consumer protection laws.
• DevPOS reserves the right to revise pricing, with prior written/email notice.
  
  

6. License & Restrictions

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DevPOS.
• You may not:
  • Sell, lease, or sublicense the software.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use DevPOS for illegal, fraudulent, or tax-evading activities.

7. Data Ownership & Compliance

• All data (sales, customers, vendors, etc.) entered remains your property.
• DevPOS only processes data for service delivery and compliance (e.g., FBR integration in Pakistan).
• We will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Service Availability

• DevPOS strives for 99% uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
• Planned maintenance will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

• DevPOS is not liable for business losses, including lost profits, missed tax filings, or penalties arising from misuse or downtime.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees for the last 3 months.

10. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or violation of terms.
• You may cancel anytime, but subscription fees already paid will not be refunded.
  
  

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
